A class where you will learn how to prepare Italian pizza. I will teach you what type of flour to use, the right hydration and some secrets for leavening. While waiting for the dough to be ready, we will prepare the topping for a typical Sicilian pizza like the Norma or you can create one to your liking. To accompany the pizza, you will learn how to cook Ricottamisù, a Sicilian variant of the famous Tiramisù. We will toast the result with 1 bottle of local wine (every 4 people).
