Service Description

The olive harvest is an experience designed to introduce you to an ancient Sicilian tradition, immerse yourself in nature, and discover the secrets of olive oil production. You'll learn about the stages of olive production from the Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, and Biancolilla varieties, participating in the laying of nets, harvesting, and filling of crates, before visiting the mill. The olive harvest in Sicily typically takes place between October and November and is influenced by various factors, being a natural event. To complete the food and wine experience, you'll enjoy bread and crostini with oil, two pestos, and two pates produced by the farms you visit. Lunch on-site upon request. DURATION: 4 hours
