Service Description

We are in a land on the slopes of Mount Grifone, still present evidence of the fertile plain called Conca d'Oro, crossed by various rivers and rich in groundwater aquifers, which until a few decades ago was lush with crops. The place has ancient irrigation systems used by Sicilian farmers of the past and its management is entrusted to a Cooperative that takes care of these lands confiscated from criminals on which it grows citrus fruits such as the late mandarin of Ciaculli (Slow Food presidium) and medlars. During harvest periods we will have the opportunity to participate by learning a little more about the techniques by tasting typical products.
