Un corso in cui imparerari a cucinare i piatti che imbandiscono le tavole siciliane. Seguiremo le stagionalità dei prodotti per preparare caponata, pasta con le sarde a mare, pesto alla trapanese in un laboratorio gestito da cuoche ma soprattutto donne con un passato di violenza alle spalle e desiderose di riscatto personale. Saranno inclusi materiali e guida. 4 ore.
