Imperarai a preparare 2 tipi di pasta fresca a scelta tra Busiate, Maccheroni o Ravioli alla ricotta e spinaci in aggiunta ad un dolce tradizionale stagionale. Alla fine della lezione, ci accomoderemo a tavola tutti insieme per gustare quello che abbiamo preparato brindando con 1 bottiglia di vino locale (ogni 4 persone).
