Una lezione dove imparerai a preparare la pizza italiana. Ti insegnerò quale tipo di farina usare, la giusta idratazione e qualche segreto per la lievitazione. Nell'attesa che l'impasto sia pronto, prepareremo il condimento per una pizza tipica siciliana come la Norma oppure potrai crearne una a tuo piacimento. Per accompagnare la pizza, imparerai a cucinare il Ricottamisù, una variante siciliana del famoso Tiramisù. Brinderemo al risultato con 1 bottiglia di vino locale (ogni 4 persone).
