Descrizione del servizio
L'esperienza del cioccolato di Modica IGP non è solo una scoperta del famoso prodotto del territorio ragusano ma anche della comunità che lo produce. Faremo la conoscenza di un progetto di accoglienza per mamme con i loro figli che li aiuta a “ripartire” con il laboratorio dolciario, il punto vendita e la casa per ferie. Nei loro prodotti ci sono la storia della "Casa" e del territorio ed un racconto dal condividere. I percorsi si svolgono in bottega e partono dai prodotti che nascono dalle mani delle donne ospiti della Casa. Si passa quindi all’osservazione e alla conoscenza dei processi di produzione del Cioccolato di Modica e si conclude con un dolce assaggio.
