La raccolta delle olive è un'esperienza pensata per far conoscere un'antica tradizione del territorio siciliano a contatto con la natura, alle persone che la raccontano ed scoprendo i segreti della lavorazione dell'olio. Conoscerai le fasi della produzione da olive di varietà Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, e Biancolilla. partecipando alla stesura reti, alla raccolta e riempimento delle cassette per poi fare visita al frantoio. La raccolta delle olive in Sicilia di solito viene effettuata di solito tra i mesi di Ottobre e Novembre ed è condizionata da vari fattori essendo un evento legato alla natura. Per completare il percorso enogastronomico potrai degustare pane e crostini con olio, due pesti e due patè prodotti dalle aziende visitate. Pranzo in loco su richiesta. DURATA: 4 ore
