Questo trekking someggiato ci insegna ad assaporare le soste, godendosi l’immersione nella natura, scoprendo i piccoli borghi e godendosi il riposo dopo la fatica di una salita ripida. È quello che si vive lungo i 45 chilometri della vecchia trazzera regia che univa un tempo Calascibetta, in provincia di Enna, a Gangi, borgo madonita in provincia di Palermo, percorrendola insieme alle guide esperte e alle asine per due volte l'anno: in primavera e in autunno. A ciascuno il suo “sciccareddo” per questo trekking nel quale il compito di ciascuno sarà accudire e condurre una delle asine che vengono affidate per la transumanza. Soste in agriturismo per le cene ed il pernottamento lungo vecchi sentieri per assaporare questa antica tradizione rurale.
