L'esperienza è un incontro con la Cooperativa che porta avanti un progetto articolato: coltivare la terra e le relazioni umane nel rispetto degli equilibri naturali e sociali. Nel giugno del 1998 si affianca alla comunità salesiana che si occupa di accoglienza di giovani con disagio sociale e promuove il loro inserimento nel mondo del lavoro. Insieme visiteremo il vigneto,la cantina per la trasformazione, l'affinatura in botti ed l'imbottigliamento e nel periodo della vendemmia potremo partecipare alla raccolta. INCLUDE: Degustazione prodotti locali. Pranzo completo con degustazione di 3 vini. NON INCLUDE: Trasporto privato su richiesta. PERIODO: *Raccolta uva : Fine agosto / fine settembre.
