Un'impresa familiare gestita da tre fratelli che insieme valorizzano i prodotti della Valle del Belice come l'olio ed il vino. Verremo accolti nella tenuta che ospita un casolare con una splendido panorama sul mare e sulle colline circostanti coinvolti dai padroni di casa in una passeggiata trai filari di vite, tra gli alberi di ulivo e con una visita nella cantina che custodisce anche una bottaia totalmente interrata ed idonea per la lavorazione e l’affinamento “sur lies” dello Spumante Metodo Classico. La visita è seguita da una degustazione di vini e prodotti locali.
